Absolutely, but we encourage you to still go back to Level 1 to keep on practicing the fundamental skills with us.

You'll know you're ready for Level 2 when you're confidently holding people accountable and setting expectations in real life.

The ideal for Level 2 is that you've standardized and normalized using the fundamental skills (like Expectation Settings, Handling Excuses, Enrolling people for Feedback, etc.) and you're ready to take on more aggressive problems. Things like the 30-Day Turnaround Strategy, Navigating Conflict, the Rules of Engagement, which are a heavy focus on Level 2.

Success should look like you learning these skills and putting the conversations to use in your workplace. You'll know you're done when you no longer struggle to hold people accountable or handle their excuses or give them a hard feedback.

It doesn't mean that you won't have to do those things, quite the opposite—it's when you stop worrying about those things and you've built the culture of accountability that you're looking for.

In addition to The Language of Leadership Course, you get access to bi-weekly session calls, weekly “Hot Seat Coaching”, 1:1 time with Alli, and a plethora of online resources - Talk Tracks, Skill Decks, Prep Forms, and Call Recordings.

It's an opportunity for you to get laser-focused coaching on the biggest leadership hurdles that you're facing. A chance to engage with Alli or Erik to get specific coaching on a specific leadership issue you're struggling with every given week.

You get one Bonus Coaching Call with Alli that you can go ahead and schedule at any given time. However, we suggest navigating through the Course and some Skill Calls first, to really see for yourself when's the best time for you to book that call. But, if you'd like to meet Alli as soon as you join the Program, you can do so by clicking here.

Absolutely! You can mix and match between sessions. Feel free to join any or all scheduled Skill Call times.
