This Privacy Policy explains how Language of Leadership ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.languageofleadership.io, subscribe to our content, or authorize one of our applications to access your Google account. 1. Information we collect on this website

When you fill out a form on this site (for example to join the newsletter, register for a webinar, download a resource or book a call) we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address and, where relevant, your company and role. We also collect standard, non-identifying usage data through analytics tools, such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type and referring site.

2. How we use that information

• To deliver the content, course, resource or call you requested.
• To send you leadership insights and updates you opted in to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver email (such as our CRM, email and analytics platforms), and only for those purposes.

3. Google API Services and YouTube data

Language of Leadership operates internal applications, including "IHSQ YouTube SEO", that connect to Google APIs. These applications are used exclusively by the owner and team of the I Have Some Questions podcast to manage its own YouTube channel.

• What is accessed: when the channel owner authorizes the application, it can read and update the metadata of that channel's videos (titles, descriptions, tags, categories, playlists and related settings) through the YouTube Data API.
• What it is used for: auditing and improving how the channel's own videos are described and organized. Data is used for no other purpose.
• What is not done: the application does not access data from other users' accounts, does not collect viewer or subscriber personal information, and does not share, sell or transfer Google user data to third parties. It is never used to serve advertising or to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.
• Storage: authorization tokens are stored locally on equipment controlled by our team and are used only to perform the actions described above. Copies of video metadata may be kept as a change log so edits can be reviewed and reverted.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using the application you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, including stored tokens or metadata, email benji@languageofleadership.io and we will remove it within 30 days.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended without them.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site or our applications after a change means you accept the updated policy.
